MS Access Fix

Need the following issues fixed in an MS database

PRINT

Before opening up the backend of the database, go to All A2O cases > View (any record) > A2O Unemployment > export case

As you can see the report opens in print preview but the print ribbon is not shown.

SEARCH RESUME

The search does not give any result on any of the tabs

ASSIGNMENT FORM

The assignment form is showing up blank from the second record onward and is giving an error whenever an assignment/reassignment is done.
This was working fine with the code

but when it was changed the following code the form stopped functioning as it should
