Modifying desktop application written with Java program

I would like to re-design and modify a desktop application written with JAVA.

The application is only 2 page. I want the application to look like in the picture I will be providing.

Adding to the application will be to enable users upload Video files from their PCs...
Which will be routed to external PC.

On the second page I want the application to have a GIF Image which reacts when user hover a mouse.

Source code and design will be provided Please NOTE: This is not GOOGLE, APPLE, SAMSUNG or AMAZON project...Don't come asking for £1billion I don't need a bunch of team of this and that and experts... This is intended for true freelancers out there who just want to earn money doing what they know...
