Modify PHP script and link with database

I am looking for someone to take an existing PHP script and make some modifications and link it with a database.

The script is http://this:codecanyon.net/item/edgeslotmachine-html5-slot-fruit-machine-game/8593552/ and I need it to do the following:

- Set number of prizes for each win, e.g. if someone got three lemons then they would win a certain prize (of which there were say 5). It would then let me know who had won what.
- Make people login with Facebook before playing
- Only let people spin once per day

Do you think this is something you can do? The bigger question is, do you think it would be possible to do before Monday?
