Modify Javascript/jQuery menu hover/click actions

Description of requirements/features: We are using a template (http://demo.interface.club/limitless/layout_1/LTR/default/boxed_mini.html) where the default behaviour of the menu needs to be adjusted in JS

At the moment on hover the menu appears but the menu disappears as soon as you move focus from the menu item itself - we need to change this behaviour so once a menu is open it only disappears when clicking outside the menu. User should be able to hover on a menu item and then move their mouse anywhere and the menu will
remain open and ONLY close when they click outside

All other behaviour should remain the same - hover to open menus and submenus, click in the menu to open links but the only way to close the menu is to CLICK somewhere outside the menu itself
