Modify, and Update My Micro Job Website

I am working on a micro jobs site similar to PPH and Fiverr and others, I need a few changes and updates to the site. I've attached a changelist. Let me know if this is something you can handle.

I generally expect this to take 1-2 weeks. I am looking for someone experiences in Web Design with the intentions of not only completing my list, but also offering and providing solutions to help make the site even better than I expected.

If I am satisfied with the web developer, I will keep going back to you for more future updates and fixes
