Modify an existing Ticket support system

I need to add additional form types to the custom form page
Wich is jquery type, if in dropdown menu is chosen value between 1-6 then show additional fields accordingly and so forth.

A Calender type form should be added.

Also should be able to set on wich form is required.

Users should be diveded into two groups , Clients And Resellers

Also I need u to add
Account balance where users can add funding using Bitcoin,Perfect Money or Western union.

The perfect money and Bitcoin should be automated whilst the western union we respond with names and details for clients to send money.

The login page needs to be redesigned aswell.

Need it done today if possible, max tomorrow.
