Mikrotik configuration script

We are looking at for an experienced Mikrotik certified technician to write a deployment script for 2x mikrotik CRS317-1G-16S+RM. The switches are part of a highly available infrastructure deployment and we need assistance in correctly setting up the switch for best practice and support for MLAG using LACP between the 2 Mikrotik switches. We are also wanted to use the switch dedicated management port (ether1) to be use only for management. See full brief in attached pdf
