Migration to Aws and set up of evostream media server

General information for the business: media /video streaming site
Description of requirements/functionality: I have a new website currently siting in Azure. I would like to move it to AWS and integrate Evostream media server for my video streaming business.

The new site is in php/codeignitor. It is a movie renting/sale website.

Let me explain little bit about the site. It is a two way website. 1) A producer can upload the movie to the site and decide the price and other conditions of the movie for sale from their home. 2) A customer can download the movie and watch it whenever they like. The site is acting as a platform.
SO when the producer uploads the movie it goes to the cloud. Both encoding and DRM done there and ready for sale. Also when a customer streams the movies, it should play with out any hassles on their computer/device. It can not be copied.
Please consider all the above information before committing to me.
