Microsoft Dynamics CRM to developer with experience in email campaigns

We currently use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. We design our mailers using software called in-design. We now need to be able to import these templates into CRM, and then set up a system for recording statistics relating to our campaigns and automatically opening up opportunities.

We are looking for someone who specifically has experience in this area.
We have on-going customisation requirements, so if the winning freelancer does well here, then we will be using them for future projects also.
