Microsoft developer needed

We have a new RFP from a client which is a really fun Bluetooth connected application. It appears that the raw source files are .sb which we can not use , edit, or review. We would like to hire someone this weekend to get the application running on their local machine and help us discover the capabilities of this technology. From my simple research this program is built in Simple Basic.
