Metatrader EA Creation

I have been trading for a while and need help with creating an EA with these functions:

Timeframe:
Enter long trades: EMA 9 CROSSES OVER EMA 26. AND EMA 50 is below EMA 18. Also check in 1H timeframe that there is a clear uptrend (EMA 50 is below EMA 26 and EMA 26 is below EMA 9).
Exit long trades: EMA 9 CROSSES UNDER EMA 26

Enter short trades: EMA 9 CROSSES UNDER EMA 26. AND EMA 50 is higher than EMA 26. Also check in 1H timeframe that there is a clear downtrend ((EMA 50 is above EMA 26 and EMA 26 is above EMA 9).
Exit short trades: EMA 9 CROSSES OVER EMA 26

Stop loss: 20 pips

If the trade goes up with 20 Pips, the stop loss should be set to 0 (so the trade is “safe”). But no trailing stop.

I want it to automatically calculate lotsize 2 % of my capital.

I want to get a notification to my iphone, that the EA has entered and exit the trade. Also profit/loss-info.
