Messsage Recorder - Customised recording programme (VB or similar)

What I want is a windows based programme (VB or similar) that I can use to record the sections of speech in a semi automatic way.

The sections of speech are contained in a spreadsheet of library messages from our automated airport speech system

Lets assume we are recording Swedish.

1. - Concatenating Recorder
This shows the first section of speech to be recorded.
The Swedish speaker will read out the message (not in English but in Swedish)pressing the record button.
They can listen to the recorded messageand delete if not happy.
When it's OK, it can be saved (with file name as shown.

2. - Concatonating Recorder 2
Shows the second part of speech ready to be recorded.

And so it goes all the way through the text from the spreadsheet.

Finally they need to record the variables

this shows the screen for recording variables.
