Menu folders on mobile menu need to open when text is pressed

Hi,
We have a mobile menu on this site:

Currently to open the folders in the menu, the user needs to press the icon to right of the menu text.

I want to be able to press anywhere on the line itself, but particularly on the text and for this to open the folder to show the menu items.

I think this probably needs a bit of javascript to get it to work, but I can't get it to work. I tried this:

I would like someone to send me the steps to get it so that the menu folders on mobile open when the text is pressed.

I don't if you just want to send me the steps and I'll do it, that would be fine.

I am looking to get it done now though, so the faster you are with this the better.
