Experience Level: Intermediate
I am looking to convert 2 files from Matlab to Python / Numpy / Scipy. Combined the files are less than 600 lines of code.
I am not familar with Matlab so I am not confident converting them myself. I know there is a conversion software called smop which will do most of the work

The code loads a number of images into matrix and uses Non-negative matrix factorization to decompose them into 2 arrays
