Matlab code to generate CSV file

Description of every module: i need a code for Matlab, this code with use the link i provided in the description, when i run this code in the matlab it will ask for ID and 'to date" and "from date"
then it will go to the link and grab all the data and import it in Matlab
Description of requirements/functionality: I need a Matlab code "code.m" that generates csv file and import it into Matlab .. The file should be generated automatically from the following URL :
"http://www.boursakuwait.com.kw/Stock/StkHData.aspx?STK=101"
or
"http://www.boursakuwait.com.kw/History/StockHistory.aspx"
the file will be generated after give the Matlab the following inputs :
1- index ID ( for example : 101 )
2 - from date
3 - to date
