Math Quiz with specific question types

We have a platform called TabbieMath that offers Math Quizzes and revision, developed using PHP. We are looking to expand on the type of questions we offer on the platform.

Would you be able to give a proposal to develop a Quiz that delivers functionality as outlined in the document? We are not looking for you to integrate with the main application – it will be a standalone application that will serve as a proof of concept for these additional question types.
