Marketplace to connect transport providers and customers

I am looking for an expert to help build an online marketplace to connects people who have an item or items to transport with transport service providers who can transport or deliver the items for them. The person needing transport will post load on the platform with relevant details. The transport provider will connect with seeker via platform and transact business.

Platform should operate on all device and an App for smart phones.
