Mapbox Help -- 2 errors only

I am creating a weather radar website. I have a server which processes weather radar data into .png files, and saves them in S3. I am serving those .png files over the Mapbox map... however, the .png files are not lining up correctly. They are displaced by 5-10 miles. And, the edges of the data are frayed when I zoom in. However, the raw radar .png files are very crisp, even when zoomed in a lot. So the problem seems to be with how they are placed on the map.

I need help updating the projection onto the Mapbox map. I am happy to discuss any questions you may have. I don't need assistance beyond getting these files onto the map correctly and without the blurry edges. Thanks.
