    Good evening Benchmark LLC,

    I had a question regarding your requirements. What's the scope of this project? What functionality would you like the bot to have and exactly which platforms would you like to make the bot available on? This is quite a large project to have a cross-platform bot that's integrated into different environments such as Instagram, Website, app, etc.

    If you can provide your expectations and the range of functionality you're looking for, I would be happy to put together a proposal as this sounds like an interesting project.

    Hello Ryan,

    Thank you sir for getting in touch. My english is rather poor so you will need to bare with me while i try and make sense of all of this crazy project.
    I have created a character, i call it BOB the fixer which i will share with you in due course.
    I am setting up an auto repair center and want to be quite creative in the way we offer and render our services. The service is on demand and app and website enabled.
    This little fella is supposed to be (Siri) if you wish but interactive, so he can twist, dance, bow and do all crazy gestures based on an AI platform. He needs to pop out on instagram for example, i really have no clue how we can him pop up on facebook for example, this might be unattainable.
    Any way, i am not an IT guy, but a weird thinker, so is this doable???
    Please let me know what you reckon to this!!

    Hi there,

    That's no problem. Your English seems good to me. So, your idea is nice in terms of your character, BOB, and using him as a marketing tool, but the logistics of making him interactive are unfortunately very complex. Unless you have an already animated character with all of these animations that we could use, it would be tough going.

    Unfortunately, having him pop up on things like Instagram or Facebook wouldn't work quite how you imagine. You could set up an Instagram account for BOB and then build the bot which can interact with any user that direct messages him, and then send emoji's etc in response, but having him pop up like the good old Microsoft Paperclip guy isn't possible. You would be able to get a little animated character popping up via your website or App though as you have full control over the code/server so can write some Javascript to have him pop up and allow users to interact with him. It would work a lot like the websites that have a chatbox pop up right away asking if they can help you with anything, but instead of being the standard boring human/fake profile picture, you could have BOB appear instead.

    I'm really sorry to say, but it's a bit of a huge job, unless you're using some kind of template pop-up chat element which has been customised with your content (Image of BOB, etc).

    I hope the above helps to clarify some of the possibilities, anyway, and gives you a better idea of what kind of scope you should aim for.
