Make some changes

I am looking for a Developer able to adapt to the employer's requirements for long-term collaboration in the development of PHP codes, API Integrations, development of Modules, Plugins, Addons, in various personal projects. People who want and are predisposed to a long-term collaboration will be subjected to a paid task to demonstrate their specialized capabilities, loyalty and adaptability, those who will pass the test will be selected to work for a period of at least 5 years in our company.
Initial Test Requirements:
To add a Phone Number and field for Whatsapp in an order form and to display it in the front end in a fixed position.
Candidates must have the following knowledge: PHP, Laravel, CSS, Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, VueJS, Ajax, DB, API Integration.
