Make existing website w3 compliant

My website. Red7s.co.uk I run a taxi company in Portishead. Local council require on the years tender run W3 compliant with either a , aa or aaa rated W3. My understanding is this will help hard of hear and or visually impaired access the website in a different way.

To be honest my understanding is next to zero on this terminology. All I know is when the council do the audit next month on the website
It will have to read w3 with a rating.


I've been unable to find anyone to do this.


I only have a zipped file of my website that I can send to you to work from. I do not want to lose my current site. I don't want to lose my links that run in the back ground "links to apps on google and istore and link to taxi song via utube and neither do I want to lose my click to call".

I hope I've covered everything.
