Make changes to my PHP website

I want the following changes in my PHP website www.justcabbie.co.uk

Add "Edit journey "button to the booking form. This button should be present at all stages untill the booking is complete

Meet and Greet option to be added to the form (£5 should be added to the fare (price of the booking)

Add "from" and "to" to address fields just like www.minicabit.com

Make home page booking form smaller just like www.minicabit.com. this will give us more room so we can add card payments signs

Add 17-33 seater coaches to the vehicle choice. The form should be able to generate the price for this vehicle too. I will provide you with pricing formula

On 2nd page of form, increase the size (length) of car images

Fare (price) on final booking page should ALSO be on the right side of the form

Change social media icons to the ones like In www.kabbee.com. also change the bottom header colour to the same as in www.kabbee.com (also try the same colour in top menu bar)

On services page, make images bigger particularly length wise

Add vehicle images in between logo and login button on top. Use same images as in CHOICES icons on home page

Cut the corners of all buttons in the site (there are around 8 types of buttons in the site). Make them look like the "Get price" button at home page. I am referring to the shape only, colours can be different. Right now buttons have very sharp corners

All blue buttons should look the same, right now every blue button looks different in colour. Right now LOGIN BUTTON, quick quote button on service page and main menu header all have 3 different colours. You can choose ANY of these 3 colours BUT make sure the colour has to look very professional, and all BLUE buttons have to be in SAME colour.  White buttons will stay white

On 3rd page of form, passenger drop down is not showing more than 9 options. There should be options of up to 33 passengers

In suitcases option, there should b option to select up to 33 suitcases and 33 hand luggages

Important: by changing the number of passengers or number of suitcases, the prices should change accordingly

On 3rd page of the booking, the form looks too complicated. Make it look simple and impressive

On booking confirmation screen, change the text to the following

"Congratulations, Your booking is complete. Win £100 by sharing your experience. Make * here.Thanks for choosing justcabbie

In email confirmation, the top text should say
"Congratulations, Your booking is complete. Win £100 by sharing your experience with us.make a * here. Please read this email to make sure that all details are correct.

In drivers' sign up, plz use the page headings to "Operators/Drivers registration form"

Once a user fills in the Drivers sign up form, they should see a screen with confirmation message "Congratulations, your form has been submitted. One of our fleet managers will get back to you as soon as possible"

After submitting the contact us form, there should appear an on screen message "Thanks for contacting us. We will get back to you as soon as possible"

I want to have two buttons "Quick quote" and "Book now"  on each page. These buttons SHOULD move up and down when a customer moves the page up and down. (Both on desktop+mobile versions). Right now we have these buttons on right side of the pages. Delete these buttons and add more testimonials here

On customer registration page, it should say "Register to manage your bookings online and to earn amazing benefits"

In contact us form, all fields must be mandatory. One of the fields says Contact.  Change it to Contact number. The contact us form should be able to identify an incorrect email address. Upon submitting, it should say "Congratulations, your registration is complete. You can now manage your bookings online. Enjoy your experience with Justcabbie. Your login details have been sent to ---@email.com (here it should say customer's email address) ". Plz note that when a user registers, he should automatically stay logged in for that session

Also there should be tick box which should by default be ticked and the user should stay logged in AT ALL TIMES unless he UNTICKS the box, just like gmail login

Users should be able to login with Facebook, twitter

If a user resets the password, it should say "Your password has been emailed to ---------@email.com (email address). Thank you for using this service"

In password reminder email, it should say
"Dear----(name),

Your Justcabbie login details are:

Username/email: -----@email.com

Password: -----

You can login to manage your bookings online

I am VERY specific about these requirements so I will only mark the job complete once all these changes have been implemented
