Make amends to bubble UI/UX

A startup is looking to enhance the user experience of their conversational AI assistant on critical pages. The chatbot was designed using a bubble UI/UX format to be helpful, harmless and honest.

However, upon further testing some usability issues have come to light. The project seeks a UX designer to fine tune the bot's layout on pages involving account registration, payment processing and support requests.

Key tasks involve evaluating the current design against best practices for conversational assistants, identifying points of friction and ambiguity and proposing revised bubble formats, text and visuals.

The goal is to streamline the process and ensure users can complete needed tasks as effortlessly and intuitively as possible when interacting with the AI through these important pages.
