Description
Experience Level: Expert
A partly completed Maintenance Operations application created mainly in C#, comprising of a Time & Attendance system, HR System including a roster system and various KPI data collection systems and graphs requires completion.
Phase 1 will require the available application files to be uploaded to a UK server and made functional on there in its current state. The server will most likely be from GoDaddy.
There will be a payment of £50 for that made to the freelancer upon successful upload and testing.
An online call and screensharing session will be Arranged for selected freelancers before any proposal is accepted for the application to be explained and the code viewed remotely. This will give the opportunity for the freelancer to decide whether or not they are able to take on the project.
There are videos that will be shown to the freelancer regarding some key features of the project.
The freelancer will be given up to 7 days to familiarise themselves with the code and construction of the application once their proposal is accepted.
A document containing 18 Points to be completed will be examined.
Items 1 - 9 Will comprise the first half of the work to be completed in 30 Days as from the start date.
The work will be conducted according to a timeline, items 1-3 must be completed by day 10 and available on the project owner's server for testing at that time.
Items 4-6 must be completed by day 20 and available on the project owner's server for testing.
Items 6-9 must be completed by day 30 and available on the project owner's server for testing.
Once items 1-9 are complete to the project owner's requirements, items 10-18 will be next in line for completion.
Items 10 - 18 will comprise the second half of the work to be completed in another 30 days.
Each time any changes are made, the entire system will be tested by the buyer to ensure that everything is functioning correctly, this will apply to all work done in this workstream to ensure that any code changes or uploads to the server have not caused errors to be induced.
The freelancer will have access to the buyer's server as appropriate to ensure smooth testing and negate any differences in the freelancer's server (in any cases where use of any other server has been agreed) and the UK one belonging to the buyer.
This is a fixed price project and there will be no adjustments to the £500 on offer. Payment will be made in full upon completion of all the work and there will be no intermediate payments.
Timescales, targets and milestones not met may result in termination of the agreement and the project awarded to a different freelancer.
This is a complex application and requires a high degree of skill and commitment to have weekly progress calls to ensure the project remains on track.
The successful freelancer must have experience in RFID incorporation as this will be required after completion of the work mentioned in this worksteam and a commitment to that by the freelancer is essential. The RFID Incorporation payment excluding the cost of the machine and cards will be £250.
The freelancer will advise on all aspects of the project and will be called upon to purchase the RFID related items and ship them to the UK upon completion of the project if integration cannot be done remotely, the buyer will bear the shipping costs and full Payment for integration will take will take place upon receipt of the equipment.
There may be some adjustments to the worksteam requirements during the course of work and the freelancer will provide advice regarding the impact any adjustments will have on cost and delivery.
