Description of requirements:

The job needs to be completed on a separate platform, and payment will be fully released once the project is completed and fully functional. Please contact me ONLY and if you are qualified to do this job. and prepared to complete within 48 hours. Once this project is completed fully and correctly, we will be happy to provide more projects.

We need a simple interface where we can easily log into, create and email mailshots to our existing users, with a click and send once function.

Description of features:

1) A secure login page and ability to change password of users

2) Ability to generate visual mailshot - similar to wordpress / word editor. ( We need to be able to add text, formatting, images, links etc )

3) A button or link to allow us to attach the mailshot created to selected clients

3a) The application will pull up customer information from our existing customer asp application. Showing Name, email, payment status and tickbox of last email sent.

3b) We need the ability to select which of these customers we want to send an email to: Examples below.

select all customers where payment status = paid
select all customers where payment status = unpaid
select 1st hundred unpaid customers
select a range, e.g. from customer 101 to customer 301

3C A tick in the box next to each name showing last batch of emails sent.

4) Ability to see which customers have opened the email

5) Ability for customers to opt out

6) Personalised emails E.G Dear Mr Brown or add other fields from our existing application.
