Magento modification - Hide Out of stock product in specific categories

Description of requirements/features:Magento ver. 1.9.1.1 CE ecommerce website using the defailt RWS theme built into magento

We need our magento site mofiied so that we can choose for each category if out of stock products are shown or not

So we will basically create a new theme with only 1 revised list.phtml file in it and select that theme for the catagories we want to shown only in stock products

REQUIREMENTS

You will need a development server with Magento ver. 1.9.1.1 CE using the RWS inbuilt theme installed

* Out of stock products hiden only on selected categories
* Layered navigation product count to reflect products shown in specific category (i.e. not count out of stock)
