Magento and Khaos Control Integration ASAP

We need out new Magento website integrated with our back office solution Khaos Control via SOAP API XML files etc.....

We are a stock control and mail order system, which allows us to manage our stock, enter orders, process and review customer requests and a range of CRM functions. The system has a SOAP-based API which enables orders to be placed directly into the system and to return CRM information about customers and other activities. The API uses SOAP to interact with the system. We want the system to sync both ways so whatever changes on magento syncs to khaos. If completed successfully there will be further 12 magento projects to be built from scratch if done successfully and involving alot more pay.

The data that needs to be integrated:

Import
Sales Order(s)
Customers

Export (from Khaos Control)
[1] Sales Order Status [Basic]
[2] Stock Items that have changed List
[2][1] Stock Item Detail
[1] Stock Status
[1] Price List(s)
[1] Keycodes

As much as possible would be a great bonus. I need this to started today and completed this week.
