Macro to load csv file to pre-populate web form. ScreenScrape.

Hello - I have an extracted CSV file that I would like to use to populate a webform and then submit the webform. The CSV will will have c100 records each time so the macro needs to run on one record after another and then highlight which have been submitted successfully. If any records fail the macro must move onto the new record. I require that the data can be loaded easily and then the macro "run" .

I attached a sample file extract (with one data record) and an excel that includes the mapping and on tab two the fields that need to be set on the form.

You may choose another method apart from macros if you have something simple.
