Mac app/programme required

Description of requirements/functionality: I want an apple script / Automator / hazel script or other script/programme combination that will do the following:

1. Take a weeks worth of emails from a Mac Mail smart folder containing several smart mail boxes and (or a unique email address)
2. automatically turn them into one compiled PDF every week using the email subject heading or part of the heading as section headings in the PDF
3. Attach a front, fly and back sheet during the process - this step will require the date and consecutive issue number to be inserted onto the front sheet
4. That the contents of these three pages needs to be able to be edited easily.
OS requirements: Mac OS
Extra notes: I expect that this will be an iterative process, and that we will work together until the process is perfected.
Once this phase of the project is completed satisfactorily I would want to hire you for further work on this project.
Therefore I want someone I can build a good working relationship with and is an excellent communicator.
