Long term part time golang support - UK or USA Based

I am adding one golang developer to support my existing team. We are building a web app to provide visualisations to the programme delivery industry, with mongodb, goland, redux and angularjs. The role is long term, part time. We tend to stick with the developers we know and do not jump around.
