Linux Systems Administrator Required

We are in need of an experienced linux systems administrator to troubleshoot & resolve an issue with a baremetal Linux server. It is in a Hetzner datacentre and the RAID array is having problems assembling due to duplicate UDID's, we can remove the duplicates and can assemble/mount the array but the issue still occurs when rebooting. We're also now having trouble with missing bootloader files.

Fragile data is on the server and so only experienced technicians need apply. Must be able to start immediately. More work available.
