Layout changes and additional functionality for CakePHP-based company website

We're a small, independent travel company looking to improve our existing website at www.hendersonstravel.com. We'll need some layout revisions for existing pages, including a few new graphic design assets, plus the addition of new functionality that will require both new database record types and new public site pages. Ongoing admin of the site will continue through the web-based admin panel, which will also need some changes to reflect the new functionality. The main piece of new functionality involves the upload and administration of promotional PDF documents.

A detailed brief and some supporting PDFs are attached.

Developer must be UK-based and experienced in CakePHP. Graphic elements can be sourced separately if necessary.
