JSON data to Webhook (preferably in Python)

Hello developers,

We have a quick task for someone who understand parsing JSON data with Python and available to start immediately.

1, We provide a sample data in JSON contains customer list
2, Parse and extract specific fields
3, Check for duplicates (compare against to suppression list)
4, Send it to specified webhook
