JShop Training

My Designer has just completed my new website for my business using the JShop platform. I am not technically minded and the designer gives little training on using JShop on a day to day basis (ie. adding products, downloading, using database, editing, etc etc). I believe I require a half/day's training to give me a clear understanding of how to use JShop to it's potential and ensure I use it correctly on a day to day basis for the business. Rates really need to be reasonable. I am based in North West London, so someone local would be useful and more work maybe offered at a later stage. Thank you.
