JS script to generate dynamic svg stroke contour

The goal of this project is to create a script (js expected with any framework if needed) that will generate and inject a dynamic svg stroke global contour for a given text / image in svg (for laser engraving). This must be a vector path.

Example is given in attachment files (result is shown in attachments in png format but awaited result is svg). Test cases with 7 different svg original files will be provided.

Very simple html interface is awaited :
1) original SVG is fullfilled in a textarea
2) click a button "Generate SVG contour"
3) generate svg path contour and then display it in the page (and show updated svg in another textarea)

Stroke color must be #ff0000 ; and stroke width is 0.018 pt
Offset from text is 1mm (constant parameter).
