Description of requirements/features: We are looking for a jQuery pricing slider which allows the user to pick a version (i.e. small, medium and large) and then choose number of users and have price displayed
There will also be some static implementation costs included which will change according to version and users - this should all be dynamic to the customer so they just need to choose version and employees either as dragging the slider or entering into a text box both of which should update the other and display price
