Description of requirements/features: Fix for an issue on the following site that uses an iframe to show some animated content. The issue is at the services section and is for the 3 icons.
When you click on one of the items it shoots the content to the top of the screen instead of staying where it was. This is only on Chrome browser and Safari Browser.
