Jquery / ajax / php / sql - small but complex jobs

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I have some code that needs tweaking to be able to introduce a couple new features and streamline existing set up.

I need a competent jquery / ajax / php / SQL developer.

Must be MAXIMUM of one or two programmers in team - NO AGENCIES I prefer to work directly with freelancers.

Must have excellent communication in English

Must be able to work fast - I don't want to wait days for an update!

Prefer to work together in real time via google chat.

Willing to be flexible with working in different timezones / NZT

Willing to work on my server / my code (test site) with funds in escrow.

PLEASE - NO TIME WASTERS or dreamers!

MUST HAVE at least 5 years experience with COMPLEX jquery / ajax / SQL statements - e.g. competent with LEFT JOINs / Ajax date picker sql queries, etc.....
