Job Page Enhancement

Due to a freelancer awarded this job failing to complete the task, we have to resubmit the job. Please respond if you have developed a job portal and you are able to see the project through.

Job Page Enhancement:

I would like some enhancements done to an existing job page to achieve the following:
• Give the landing page a more serious, compelling and professional look that can attract serious employers to post jobs
• Improve the search functionality and include additional search criteria
• Add more data entry fields for job posters
• Improve the job application method
• Make a minor modification to the job list page
• Create a functionality for the administrator to approve jobs posted by employers before they go live
