An easy converter widget based on Donna Ida’s information

It’s 7 countries + jeans size.
Layout and functionality-wise we were thinking about something like the file attached.
The person has to select the country, then enter the size in the middle, press enter (or a convert button).
After that it should show all sizes based on the entered information.
