Javascript timeline enchancements - Phase 1

The particular project may be the beginning of a medium to long term relationship, which may gross up to 8000 Euros within 2012.

You will heavily modify an open-source timeline Javascript library (http://chap.almende.com/timeline) to cover our company's needs, as outlined in the attached file. The project will be broken down into at least 2 phases. You will be bidding for the first phase. Your bid will be considered if and only if you deliver a formal fixed price offer with a reasonably detailed analysis that will demostrate the following:
- That you have devoted the time to understand how timeline.js currently works and its limitations.
- That you possess the analytical skills required to deliver a successful implementation. Let us know how you expect to implement each feature and provide a detailed work breakdown structure that will convince us you understand the complexities behind each task.

The scope of the 1st phase is open to your suggestion. You could bid only for the delivery of a design document, if you believe that will get you the job. But your offer will not exceed 3k Euros and the deadline will be no more than 2 calendar months after the receipt of the PO, with weekly deliverables.

Payment will follow formal UATs, based on the design document you will be expected to provide.
