Javascript recode and enhancement

The main file is imgNotes.js.

Currently, it can zoom and add a dot to the image.

What it does is:
#1 You can use mousewheel/tablet/mobile to zoom the image.
#2, When zoom, you can drag to see other place.
#3 When you single click any pos on the image, you can add a dot to the image.
#4, When zoomed, the dot will still be in that place.
#5, When you click the dot or create a box, it'll trigger some event. Please addNote function

What we want that it doesnt do

#1 Double click and it creates a dot

#2 Single click and drag and it creates a box. (Please check #2 above "What it does is")


The Project must be recoded so that it is legally our code, the project must be mobile/tablet and web friendly. This includes and especially important for the zoom functions.
