Javascript photogallery in a Webstory page

I would like to renew a photogallery widget for my site. In this page:

the box with three photos at the end of article should change and become similar to this:

I'm not interested in back end integration, just javascript
The output of this job should be a static html page with the articole (you can use "save as" of the browser) that take data from this json:
https://www.neveitalia.it/foto/albums/json/2680.json
and that displays the widget with styles and working.

all style must be in a css file and all js must be in a single js file + a library if needed.
Yuo must check that the version of jquery and other base library are compatible con the ones included in the website.
