JAVASCRIPT: Make text changes to a chart

Description of every module: I have a static graphical chart used within a demo system.

The chart has segments which are labelled - see the screenshots attached.
Description of requirements/functionality: The only change required is to change the labels / names of each of the segments.

For example:

Change "EMEA" to "West"

All files and list of changes to be made will be provided.
