Javascript fix - code doesn't load on our page

Our site is in Hebrew.

We have a dynamic .net page where two bit of javascript don't seem to load.

One is of a pie chart (http://www.kufsa.co.il/singlePlayer.aspx?season=2018&playerID=9) in compare to the html version we built the .net page from and everything works fine (http://www.kufsa.co.il/single_player.html).

The other issue is appearing on small screens such mobiles - if you go to http://www.kufsa.co.il/single_player.html on a small screen you will see that under the player's photo there are 3 lines and clicking on each switches the view from one to anothe. These lines do not appear on http://www.kufsa.co.il/singlePlayer.aspx?season=2018&playerID=9 and the stats bar seem to also lose their good formatting - probably both due to the same issue

Both these issues could be linked.

We've been advised that another script might be blocking it, however we are not entirely sure what to fix/change.

Help sorting this out will be appreciated.
