Description of requirements/features: I’m looking for a person that is more a JavaScript Developer and Front-end Coder than designer.

I need a talent who:
1.Has experience with the front-end at least 2 years
2.Great knowledge of js, html(5), css(3)

Has created own code when developing a site (usage of templates, usually Wordpress-
related stuff will not work for me).
4.Used CSS3 animations or browser-specific tags (e.g. -Webkit, -moz)
5.Has experience with advanced JS libraries like angular.js, node.js, backbone.js, sugar.js, modernizer.js?
6.Has written own JS library
7.
Has experience with cross browser compatibility (used automated testing)
8.Speaks GREAT English
There will be a test as a first step of my selection process – it is a css/html/js test that takes 1 hour
