We would like to have main page banner in JavaScript Banner with Moving Particles style as below website (Please scroll down before footer)

On this website, data is coming from website trends BUT we would like to have static text in the main bubble and there should be small bubbles around the main bubble for the related services. For example, the main bubble has Telecom then its surrounding bubbles should have its related services like Business Telephones, Lines & calls and so on....
That needs to be responsive and optimised for proper speed
