Java fix for web api cade

Hi Stratos, I have a web APi written in JAVA that I want to get some changs made in.
The API uses session tokens to allow access to registered users and controld what database prices they can access. This all works OK.

The database used to store the data is cassandra - that all works OK too.

The two issue I have:

1). Unusual prices being returned ( it is an error in the code not the database)
2). We allow some requests to calculate averages like, weekly or monthly.
We have a parameter that handles how weekends are handeled. The default method we use is
incorrect and needs to be adjusted.

Are you familiar with Cassaandra databases and WEB API's?

a). What would your charges be?

b. I need the developer on SKYPE during ( a lot of ) the UK day.

Developers from Europeean Region preferred due to time zones.
