Java coding

Java assignment for my cousin - 1st year degree. Should be pretty straight forward for any java programmer. Server and client source included with assignment specifics.

Need to modify and adjust client and possible server source for it to meet criteria of assignment. Basic - client sends info to server which authenticates client with unique id and the client has to distribute 20 points for voting to the candidates. Client can only distribute total of 20 points to any number of clients. Client can come back and distribute remainder of points to candidates.
