J2EE Project Build using Intellij

I am wondering whether you can help me to consolidate my J2EE environment. This is really a small project involving the set-up of a Glassfish J2EE Server using Intellij IDE. While I can generally build the project, I can't an error when I try to run one of the modules on a stand alone basis.

I am looking for someone with experience in J2EE, Glassfish 4.1, JPA and Hibernate within the Intellij IDE environment.
